(The last time Bullock was in the real estate news was back in 2010 when the beachfront home she shared with then-husband Jesse James sold for $4.5M.) The modest 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath property features a wine cellar, in-ground pool, hot tub, and has wide views over Barton Creek and the downtown skyline. And although there are no interior photos readily available, we're guessing they'd feature the sort of modest d?cor one would expect from the down-to-earth actress. No word yet where Bullock plans to go next, but she owns the Bess Bistro downtown and seems to have an affinity for the city, so our bet is that she'll be hitting the open house circuit very soon.
